I am a wife and a mother of two, who enjoys spending my time with my family and close friends. I spent eleven years in the Illinois Army National Guard, most of which were spent working in Logistics. I completed my military enlistment and immediately began a career in the Health and Fitness Industry. I have been a Health & Wellness Coach for the last 7 years and I truly love helping others achieve their goals.
When I am not helping others reach their personal health goals, I enjoy a balanced life of practicing good nutrition, lifting weights, and walking whenever possible, shopping, and date nights with my husband. I am an avid traveler who is always seeking out my next adventure, and a wine-connoisseur who will never turn down a good glass of cabernet. As a business owner in the Health & Wellness industry, I enjoy the benefits of using and learning social media and watching how it can greatly add value to a business.
